WYOMING'S STATE PLAN TO ENSURE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO EXCELLENT EDUCATORS APPROVED

CHEYENNE - The U.S. Department of Education announced today that Wyoming's State Plan to Ensure Equitable Access to Excellent Educators has been approved.

"Every Wyoming student deserves a great education and that starts in the classroom with excellent educators," said State Superintendent of Public Instruction Jillian Balow. "Throughout this extensive process we've worked with numerous education stakeholders across the state in identifying challenges, but also recognized that Wyoming does a good job of providing all of our students with highly qualified teachers. We look forward to continuing the work as we put the state plan into motion."
