MDS/RAI Forum
Announcing the new Minimum Data Set (MDS) /Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Educational Forum
The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is excited to announce the creation of a new MDS/RAI quarterly educational forum!
Starting in April of this year, DQA will be sponsoring a quarterly educational forum to assist in keeping Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) current with evolving MDS/RAI information and to provide an avenue for SNF representatives to ask MDS/RAI-related questions.
The MDS/RAI Educational Forum will be hosted jointly by DQA’s MDS Education and Automation Coordinators. The first Forum is scheduled for Wednesday, April 20, from 1:00-2:00 pm.
The MDS/RAI Educational Forum will utilize an ‘internet meeting format’ via your computer for sharing information. It is highly recommended that you test your computer for connection compatibility prior to the day of the Forum by going to: https://connect.wisconsin.gov/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm
On the day of the Forum, connect online to the free ‘virtual meeting room’ broadcast approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of the training at: https://connect.wisconsin.gov/dhsdqa-mdsforum/
Enter DQA’s online meeting room as a ‘Guest,’ signing in with the name of your SNF.
