Open Doors Enrollment Reporting Training
Date: August 27, 2015
Time: 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
What to expect:
Intended for new programs beginning in the 2015-16 school year and as a refresher for existing programs, this training will provide guidance on reporting monthly student enrollment based on WAC 392-700.
- Student’s eligibility to enroll in program.
- Requirements needed to be met to claim students.
- Documentation to retain to show student’s eligibility to enroll in program and to be claimed for state funding.
- Program’s process when completing the P223-1418 paper form and district’s process to report on the electronic P223.

- District business managers and enrollment reporting staff.
- Program staff responsible for reporting enrollment on the P223-1418.
