  4. SB 5854 - Requiring employee organizations to submit digital copies of their collective bargaining agreements to the public employment relations commission.
  5. SB 5893 - Addressing the nonemployee status of athletes in amateur sports.
  6. SB 5917 - Establishing special license endorsements for cigar lounges and retail tobacconist shops.
  7. SB 5597 - Concerning requirements for real estate appraisers.
  8. SB 5848 - Authorizing the governor to enter into agreements with federally recognized Indian tribes in the state of Washington concerning marijuana.

  8. SB 5952 - Creating an exemption from the intents and affidavits requirements when paying prevailing wages.
  9. SB 5931 - Exempting from the prevailing wage laws work performed or funded for projects involved in gang prevention.
  10. SB 5514 - Creating a good faith defense for certain minimum wage and overtime compensation complaints.
  11. SB 5660 - Assisting small businesses licensed to sell spirits in Washington state.
  12. SB 5353 - Concerning the service and sales of spirits, wine, and beer.
  13. SB 5917 - Establishing special license endorsements for cigar lounges and retail tobacconist shops.

  16. SB 5951 - Creating a pilot project to determine the prevailing wage of certain trades.

  19. SB 5759 - Concerning prevailing wages for workers employed in residential construction.
  20. SB 5707 - Exempting cities with a population of ten thousand or less from prevailing wage requirements.
  21. SB 5903 - Restricting certain methods of selling marijuana.
