Possible Executive Session:
  1. HB 1004 - Clarifying provisions that allow for the tasting of alcohol by students under twenty-one years of age.
  2. HB 1108 - Creating a food truck beer and/or wine license.
  3. HB 1124 - Permitting the sampling of beer and wine at locations licensed to serve beer and wine for on-premises consumption.
  4. HB 1198 - Concerning the sale of beer and cider by grocery store licensees.
  5. HB 1290 - Increasing the number of tasting rooms allowed under a domestic winery license.
  6. HB 1342 - Permitting the sale of cider in microbrewery tasting rooms.
  7. HB 1362 - Allowing sales of growlers of wine.
  8. HB 1380 - Creating a special permit by a manufacturer of wine to hold a private event for the purpose of tasting and selling wine of its own production.
  9. HB 1429 - Expanding authorized personal services by liquor industry members to retailers.
  10. HB 1457 - Authorizing sixteen and seventeen year old store employees to handle liquor.
  11. HB 1461 - Relating to marijuana.
  12. HB 1478 - Allowing additional liquor distributor employees to stock liquor under certain circumstances.
  13. HB 1552 - Concerning industrial hemp.
  14. HB 1564 - Concerning the local option prohibition on the sale of liquor.
  15. HB 1768 - Authorizing a licensed domestic brewery or microbrewery to provide promotional items to a nonprofit charitable corporation or association.
  16. HB 1807 - Assisting small businesses licensed to sell spirits in Washington state.
  17. HB 1902 - Renaming the spirits retail license fee as a tax and dedicating revenue to education.
  18. HB 1903 - Modifying distillers' spirit sampling provisions.
  19. HB 1965 - Implementing a temporary additional fee on licenses and permits issued by the Washington state liquor control board.
  20. HB 1975 - Exempting distillers from certain licensing fees.
  21. HB 1976 - Concerning marketing opportunities for spirits produced in Washington by craft and general licensed distilleries.
