Public Hearing:
  1. HB 2680 - Establishing the Washington open education pilot grant program for the four-year institutions of higher education.
  2. HB 2686 - Making the cost of textbooks and other college course materials more affordable.
  3. HB 2780 - Making higher education more affordable by providing incentives for the use of open source instructional materials.
  4. HB 2796 - Providing students with the costs of required course materials during registration.

Executive Session:
  1. HB 2615 - Improving student success at community and technical colleges by considering benefits of full-time faculty and staff.
  2. HB 2593 - Making community and technical colleges more affordable by eliminating the application fee for low-income students and reviewing placement testing fees.
  3. HB 2675 - Updating workforce investment act references and making no substantive changes.
  4. HB 2301 - Increasing the number of state need grant recipients by awarding the community and technical college rate in certain financial aid programs for a student's first two years of postsecondary credit.
  5. HB 2582 - Modifying provisions of the Washington advanced college tuition payment program.
  6. HB 2801 - Expanding higher education opportunities for certain students.
  7. HB 2691 - Concerning Central Washington University's fifth year promise.
