Getting to Know the Consumer Directed Employer
Hello Clients, Authorized Representatives, and IPs,
DSHS is changing how Individual Providers are employed and paid. The agency selected a new consumer directed employer vendor to perform the work. The new CDE begins in the summer/fall of 2021. The CDE rollout will include a pilot, followed by two rollout phases. Dependent on the county that the IP provides service will determine their hire date with the CDE.
