Early Achievers Policy Changes Year 2

Dear Early Achievers Participant,

Based on lessons learned during the first year of implementation and acknowledging that Early Achievers is still in the developmental phase, DEL has made some changes to the Early Achievers framework. 

The biggest change is that, for the time being, participants will be publicly listed as “participating in quality improvement” if they are rated at level 2, and will be listed as having met a “quality level of excellence” if they are rated level 3-5. Some level 2 providers will also have an opportunity to get re-rated one time within a year of their first rating.
