ESIT DMS Performance Issues (appear) to be resolved

We had a pretty busy day yesterday attempting to resolve some issues with the DMS. Microsoft representatives were here at DEL assisting the technical staff with additional strategies to resolve our (and other systems) issues.
We haven't made any changes to our system during this past month, but were affected by the optimization work that was going on in the agency.
We are doing more investigation of what was happening yesterday, but are fairly confident that things have settled down and the system should be back up and running as it was before.
Please continue to let the Help Desk know of any continued problems.
I will keep you informed of anything we learn, and appreciate your patience and understanding.
