Reminder: APOR Training Sessions on February 10

The Ticket Program Manager (TPM) will host two Annual Performance Outcome Report (APOR) Training sessions on Wednesday, February 10, 2016.

Service providers are required to complete the APOR as part of their agreement with the Social Security Administration to provide services for the Ticket to Work program. The questionnaire will be sent to Employment Networks after the last training session ends on February 10.
