SBA Announces Video Phone Service for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Entrepreneurs
Last week, the SBA and FCC launched a Video Phone Service to boost access to services for deaf & hard of hearing entrepreneurs. The new American Sign Language (ASL) Customer Support Line uses video phone technology to connect callers with SBA staff who are deaf and fluent in ASL.
