Celebrate National Women’s Health Week by getting active! Did you know physical activity may help lower your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and more? It can even help maintain a healthy weight. Being active can also be fun! There are many ways to get moving, such as walking, gardening, kayaking, water aerobics, and yoga. Pick an activity that moves your body and is fun for you. You can start small. Here’s how:
