for HIV Prevention.
What: A
community walk to help bring awareness to and prevent HIV and AIDS among women
and girls.
When:
Thursday, March 10, 2016, 11:45 a.m.–1:15 p.m. Register today.
Where: The
walk (1.2 miles) begins at the National Sylvan Theater (Washington
Memorial Driveway SW, Washington, DC 20024) and ends at the Hubert H. Humphrey Building (200
Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20201).
Special
invited guests include: U.S. Surgeon
General Vice Admiral Vivek H. Murthy, M.D., M.B.A.; District of Columbia Mayor Muriel
Bowser; and Danni Starr of The Kane Show on Hot 99.5.
Participants are invited to bring their colleagues,
friends, sisters, and daughters to this free event. Don’t forget to wear RED
