  • Center for Community Progress: Technical Assistance Scholarship Program (TASP). This program serves communities in need of technical assistance to assess, reform, develop and/or implement systems to address large-scale vacancy and abandonment in their respective communities.   • American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE)/Foundation for Nursing Leadership Research and Education: Small Grants Program. Deadline is December 1, 2014. Learn more
  • Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF): Epidemiology Grants. This grant supports hypothesis-driven research that focuses on the epidemiology, early detection, and prevention of childhood cancer. Deadline is December 15, 2014. Learn more

Scholarships / Fellowships

  • American Heart Association and Macy’s: Go Red Multicultural Scholarship Fund. This is a tuition-focused scholarship for minority women pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees in healthcare fields. Deadline is December 31, 2014. Learn more
  • The White House: Summer 2015 White House Internship Program. This hands-on program is designed to mentor and cultivate today’s young leaders, strengthen their understanding of the Executive Office of the President and engage them in public service opportunities. Deadline is January 11, 2015. Learn more.  
  • Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD): Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship. The purpose of this Fellowship is to provide significant experience in coordinating a national effort to develop a blueprint addressing diversity within AUCD's national network. Loan Repayment

  • HHS/National Health Service Corps (NHSC): Students to Service Loan Repayment Program (S2S LRP). Provides funds to final year medical students in return for a commitment to provide primary health care for at least 3 years at an approved Health Professional Shortage Area of greatest need. Deadline is November 13, 2014.   • HHS/NIH, Division of Loan Repayment: Loan Repayment Programs (LRP). Repays the student loans of doctoral level, biomedical or behavioral scientists conducting research funded by nonprofit institutions. Deadline is November 17, 2014. Learn more
