  • Fahs-Beck Fund for Research and Experimentation: Faculty/Post-Doctoral Research Grant Program. Deadline is November 1, 2014. Learn more.
  • Group Foundation for Advancing Mental Health: Research Grant. The Foundation seeks research-focused applications to support group psychotherapy research focusing on children, the elderly, the chronically mentally ill, substance abusers, and/or significantly ill patients with marked functional impairment.   • Rheumatology Research Foundation: Health Professional Research Preceptorship. Supports full-time research by a graduate student. Deadline is November 3, 2014. Learn more.
  • Center for Community Progress: Technical Assistance Scholarship Program (TASP). This program serves communities in need of technical assistance to assess, reform, develop and/or implement systems to address large-scale vacancy and abandonment in their respective communities. Scholarships / Fellowships

  • Johns Hopkins University/Center for American Indian Health (CAIH): Scholarship for Winter Institute 2015. Institute courses are designed to introduce indigenous health leaders to public health approaches to address health disparities in tribal communities.   • Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD): Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship. The purpose of this Fellowship is to provide significant experience in coordinating a national effort to develop a blueprint addressing diversity within AUCD's national network. Loan Repayment

  • HHS/NIH, Division of Loan Repayment: Loan Repayment Programs (LRP). Repays the student loans of doctoral level, biomedical or behavioral scientists conducting research funded by nonprofit institutions. Deadline is November 17, 2014. Learn more

  • HHS/NIH: Request for nominations for the Tribal Consultation Advisory Committee (TCAC). The NIH TCAC will provide a venue for tribal representatives and NIH staff to exchange information about NIH research policies and program priorities. NIH seeks nominations for 17 TCAC members: 12 area representatives and 5 national at-large members.
