Internships / Mentoring

  • HHS/NIH, National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD): Medical Research Scholars Program (MRSP). Scholars will receive a stipend. Deadline is January 15, 2016. Learn more.
  • Kennedy Krieger Institute (KKI), in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC): Public Health Leadership & Learning Undergraduate Student Success (PLLUSS) Program. The PLLUSS Program is for undergraduate sophomore and junior students minoring or majoring in public health. A stipend will be provided. Deadline is January 31, 2016.   • KKI, in collaboration with the CDC: Maternal Child Health Careers/Research Initiatives for Student Enhancement-Undergraduate Program (MCHC/RISE-UP). The MCHC/RISE-UP Program is a 10-week summer public health leadership program designed for undergraduates in their junior and senior year and recent baccalaureate degree students. A stipend will be provided.   • KKI, in collaboration with the CDC: Dr. James A. Ferguson Emerging Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program. This is a 9-week summer program for students currently enrolled full-time in a medical, dental, pharmacy, veterinary, or public health graduate program.
