Federal Grants

  • HHS/National Institutes of Health (NIH), Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD): Notice of availability of funds for community outreach projects to reduce the risk of SIDS and other sleep-related causes of infant death in the state of Alabama. Funds (up to $2,000) are to be used for educational initiatives that work to increase public awareness about the impact of SIDS and other sleep-related causes of infant death such as accidental suffocation, and ways to reduce these incidences. Deadline is November 2, 2015. Learn more
  • HHS/NIH, National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD): Building Population Health Research Capacity in the US Affiliated Pacific Islands (U24) Grant. Deadline for letters of intent is November 9, 2015. Learn more.

Grant Application - Technical Assistance

  • HHS/OMHRC: Webinar. Why All the Excitement about Logic Models? This webinar provides an overview of logic models and when to use them in both applications and evaluations. The webinar includes how to write specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely (SMART) objectives and how to access logic model designs.
