The germs that cause childhood diseases are still around. When children are up to date on their shots, they have the best protection from serious diseases — and they won’t spread those germs to other people. Keep your kids safe by getting their shots! |
Shots are also called “vaccinations” or “immunizations.” Whatever you call them, they help keep your kids healthy. |

Shots work best when kids get them at certain ages. Talk to a doctor about getting your child’s shots on schedule. |

Thanks to health care reform, your child may be able to get shots at no cost to you. Check with your insurance provider. |
