May 23, 2014

On May 14, 2014, the National Labor Relations Board approved a settlement agreement with Triple A Fire Protection, Inc. (Employer), an Alabama company that installs fire protection systems throughout the Southeast, and the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada, Road Sprinkler Fitters Local Union No. 669, AFL-CIO (Union).
