Prior to the announcement, we will be conducting three regional forums in Boston, San Francisco, and Atlanta to provide interested entities more information about the MEP program, the state competition, and answer any questions regarding the funding announcement.

Emerging Leaders Program

Call for Applications - Deadline September 15th

We're still accepting applications for the upcoming Emerging Leaders program (1.8). This program provides a detailed view of the NIST MEP system and participants engage in a mixture of meetings and group projects. Center Directors have found that graduates of the program have become more effective in helping to build partnerships, support their relationship with NIST, and develop new networks of peers across the system. In addition, a few graduates have even gone to become Center Directors. Contact Wiza Lequin or Gary Thompson to apply.

Success Story Changes for October 2015

Planned changes and improvements for MEP Success Stories are underway for the 2015-3 (October) reporting.

A webinar for center staff who write success stories or enter them into MEIS has been scheduled for September 16th.  We will show you the new changes to the interface in MEIS and what the PDF versions of stories will look like after the 2015 Q3 reporting cycle.  The goals for making these changes are to improve efficiency, enhance the overall look of stories, and increase broader use and distribution.  For questions, contact Zara Brunner.
