Whether people want to eat healthier, be more active, manage their weight, or cope with stress and emotions of having a chronic disease like diabetes, NDEP’s Diabetes HealthSense can help. This tool provides a variety of resources to help people implement and sustain changes in behavior, such as NDEP’s Just One Step, and the National Institute on Aging’s Exercise & Physical Activity: Your Everyday Guide.
