Diabetes occurs in people of all ages, but it is more common in older adults. NDEP has resources to help older adults manage their diabetes or take steps to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.

The NDEP’s Diabetes Resources for Older Adults web page has a collection of resources for older adults. Caregivers and health care professionals may also find helpful tools to enhance their understanding of issues that affect this population. NDEP’s "How Diabetes Affects Older Adults" infographic, also featured on this web page, is available for you to share with your social media followers, embed on your blog or website, or print to use as a handout or poster.
