Lead Workforce Development Specialist

NIAID is searching for highly motivated and qualified candidates for an open lead workforce development specialist position in the Office of Workforce Effectiveness and Resources.

· Assume a leadership role in the development and delivery of leadership and management development programs that meet needs of staff ranging from aspiring leaders to senior executives.

· Provide expert advice and consultation to NIAID managers and staff on a wide variety of issues relating to organizational development, including organizational structure, goals alignment, change management, and transition planning.
