Sentinel Event Spotlight (January 2015) – Unresponsive Full-Term Neonatal Death: Improving Teamwork
Feb. 2, 2015

This Sentinel Event (SE) Spotlight addresses unresponsive neonatal resuscitation events reported to the Patient Safety Analysis Center along with identified causal factors and evidence-based recommendations. These recommendations include the use of simulation training and methods on improving teamwork.
