At the recent Federal Health 2015 conference in San Antonio, a select group of military health care providers were recognized for outstanding service within the Military Health System, as the 2015 Female Physician Leadership Awards were handed out.

Platelet donor visits Fort Bragg as he continues cross-country quest

Al Whitney first donated blood in 1965. He’s still at it today. It started out pretty simply. He saw a sign in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, emblazoned with two words — donate blood. So, he did.
