The Armed Services Blood Program recently welcomed Army Lt. Col. Carmen Alesia Bell to the team. Bell, who has more than 20 years of military experience under her belt, is the new deputy director of operations for the military blood program. Her main goal: to ensure that enough blood and blood products are available and distributed to support our warfighters and their beneficiaries.
