Laura Junor, principal deputy under secretary of Defense, Personnel and Readiness, addressed the Defense Health Agency’s Women Who Lead lunch and learn session at the agency’s headquarters on July 23. Junor told those attending that there’s “no excuse for not being excellent or tenacious.”
Capt. Richard Stoltz steps down today after more than two years as director of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE). He is succeeded by Capt.
