At 6 feet 3 inches, U.S. Army Sergeant Blake Johnson was an imposing force on behalf of Team Army during the 2015 Warrior Games. An instrumental performer in field, swimming, sitting volleyball and wheelchair basketball , Johnson, like many of his teammates, maintained laser-like focus on “medaling” and helped lead Team Army to first place overall in the this year’s games.

Law Day in Thornton, Colorado looks at the U.S. Constitution

Defense Health Agency attorneys Mark Donahue and Whitney Michak, who are based in Aurora, Colorado, went to the Stargate School in Thornton, Colorado, to give the school's third-graders a lesson about the history of the U.S. Constitution and how it impacts their lives.

Australian, US forces apply first aid to Talisman Sabre 15

Expert, practiced medical care saves lives on the battlefield and is one of the most important support functions during combat operations.

 

The Australian Defence Force’s 1st Close Health Battalion routinely rehearses medical treatment scenarios to keep their skills sharp and Talisman Sabre 15 is giving them a unique opportunity to conduct that practice in a combined environment, where coordination is key.
