21st Poet Laureate Consultant Juan Felipe Herrera will give Poetry Foundation's 61st annual Poetry Day. Inaugurated by Robert Frost in 1955, Poetry Day is one of the oldest and most distinguished poetry reading series in the country. Doors open at 5:00pm. This event is co-sponsored by the Poetry Foundation and the Chicago Public Library.
