Following up on the success of this event in 2012 and 2013, the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration has organized the next U.S.-Japan Renewable Energy Policy Business Roundtable on February 23 in Tokyo, to coincide with World Smart Energy Week (Jan. 25-27). Up to 25 qualified U.S. companies can attend the Roundtable, an opportunity to meet with senior level Japanese officials and representatives of Japanese companies to learn about and exchange views on market developments. The deadline to apply is February 6, 2015.

As featured in last month's newsletter: The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. Department of Energy are collaborating to develop an interactive mobile app that will promote U.S. renewable energy and energy efficiency companies and the innovative solutions they are implementing around the world. Companies who would like to participate in the beta version are requested to fill out an online survey by February 20, 2015. Please email reee@trade.gov to request the link to the survey.
