Building on Success
Last October, President Obama hosted the
first-ever SelectUSA Summit, with a sold-out crowd of more than 1,300 people - including business
executives from more than 60 countries, as well as governors, mayors, and economic
development officials from 48 states, four territories, and the District of Columbia. SelectUSA has been busy so far this year,
providing services to nearly 500 businesses and economic development
organizations (EDOs), while reaching many more through road shows in key
markets. Our next Summit aims to build on this success, bringing together key
players to help grow our economy, create jobs, and maintain our position as
the top place to invest.
