We hope this message finds
you well and that your planning for Hannover Messe 2016 is proceeding smoothly
as we approach April 25. We have created a page on our website where we will
continue to post news and relevant information for exhibitors, including a list
of events and programs taking place at Hannover and important deadlines.
Each U.S. exhibitor has been designated a U.S. Commercial Service point of contact who will be reaching out to you in the coming weeks. This person will be available before and during the show to help make this event as successful as possible for you. In the meantime, please visit our site linked above, and if you have any questions, you can email us at hannovermesse@trade.gov.
We also want to
encourage you to register for our Free Webinar March 16: Five Trade Shows in One,
providing important tips about the event program, managing press and publicity, and providing an opportunity for you to ask questions.
For those seeking an opportunity to collaborate on research or find technology transfer partners, the Technology Cooperation Days Program provides pre-arranged meetings with similar organizations from across Europe looking to connect with new partners. The deadline to register at no cost for this program is February 29. Don't miss out on this great opportunity.
We want to ensure your time at Hannover Messe is well-spent and help you meet your objectives. In support of all U.S. Exhibitors and co-exhibitors participating in Hannover Messe this year, the U.S. Commercial Service is providing free value-added services to help your organization gain additional exposure to foreign buyers and partners, and will also provide one-on-one market counseling sessions with U.S. Commercial Service industry experts. If you have not already done so, please Register Today to take advantage of these opportunities.
Through our International Partner Promotion Program, we will promote your company or organization to potential buyers and partners to make pre-show introductions, and will be on hand to facilitate in-person connections during the show. Our Executive Market Counseling program will provide personalized, one-on-one meetings with U.S. Department of Commerce industry and market experts about some of the world's most promising global opportunities

Hannover Messe's Protocol Department continues to send invitations to confirmed exhibitors on a rolling basis to nominate up to three individuals to receive tickets for the Opening Ceremony. Many exhibitors have not yet received the email, so please watch your inbox for a message from HANNOVER MESSE 2016 entitled, "Important information regarding the Opening Ceremony." Please respond promptly once you receive this, as U.S. exhibitors that respond by March 11 are guaranteed to receive at least two tickets.
