Update on the Migration of Employment Tax (94x Form Family) to the Modernized e-File (MeF) Platform.

The IRS continues its transition of the Legacy Employment Tax (94x family of forms) processing system to the Modernized e-File (MeF) platform with plans to retire the Legacy system at the end of 2015. More information on the migration and important deadlines for current Legacy users is available on the e-file for Business Software Developers & Transmitters page of IRS.gov.
