It reviews the QM requirements outlined in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program legislation and program guidance, the minimum standards of care and performance measures of the Public Health Service HIV/AIDS treatment guidelines, sources of performance measures and useful tools, criteria for selecting and using performance measures, and tips for maintaining a robust QM program.
