H.R. 7 - No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act 

Conference Report to accompany H.R. 2642 - Federal Agriculture Reform and Risk Management Act of 2013

 

Bill Summaries

H.R. 7: This bill prohibits the use of federal funds for abortions. It does so by (1) prohibiting all federal funding for abortion, (2) prohibiting federal subsidies for ACA health care plans that include coverage for abortion, (3) prohibiting the use of federal facilities for abortion and (4) prohibiting federal employees from performing abortions. The bill applies to the federal funding of abortions, except in cases of rape, incest or when the life of the mother is in danger. 

H.R. 2642 Conference Report: This bill provides for the reform and continuation of agricultural and other programs of the Department of Agriculture through fiscal year 2018.
