Bill Summaries

H.R. 687: Allows the federal government to convey specified parcels of federal land in Pinal County, Arizona to Resolution Copper Mining, LLC (Resolution) if Resolution subsequently conveys other land in Arizona to the federal government.

H.R. 1526: Promotes healthy, safe, and sustainable forest management procedures designed to protect against catastrophic wildfire while simultaneously providing new sources of revenue for rural communities through local revenue sharing programs.

H.R. 3102: Reforms our nation’s nutrition programs to provide for the neediest Americans while simultaneously promoting employment; reducing waste, fraud, abuse; and saving taxpayers roughly $40 billion.
