2014-2015 VETERANS AFFAIRS NATIONAL CEMETERY ADMINISTRATION MEMORIAL PROGRAM, CEMETERY MONUMENTS (SUPPLEMENTAL TL RATES) ROUTE ORDER SUBMISSION
The Freight Request for Offers (RFOs) is the process by which GSA invites Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) to submit rates to provide transportation services for the shipments of freight. The RFO transmits the filing instructions for the submission of rate offers.
GSA approved Freight TSPs who have met all approval requirements to participate in the GSA Freight Program, and have agreed to abide by the new GSA No. 2, Freight Standard Tender of Service (STOS) terms, conditions, and associated supplements, are eligible to file rates. TSPs must also be registered in PayPort Express (PPE) to file rates.
Please see the attached documents for the VA NCA Supplemental TL RFO. The filing period for this RFO and FI is Monday, November 10, 2014 through Friday, November 21, 2014 (by 4:59PM EST). Please refer to Section 12-17 of the RFO and FI for specific submission instructions and guidelines to ensure timely submissions. All documents must be completed and returned in accordance with the RFO and FI, or they will be rejected – no exceptions.
