Hello everyone. As part of my continuing learning portion of my individual development plan, I took some online training on using GSA’s FAS schedule. One of the things I learned is the use of a Contractor Team Arrangements (CTA). Under a CTA, two or more GSA Schedule contractors work together to meet ordering activity needs. By complementing each other's capabilities, the team offers a total solution to the ordering activity’s requirement, providing a "win-win" situation for all parties. By using a CTA, ordering activities can procure a total solution rather than making separate buys for each part of a requirement while satisfying socio-economic procurement goals.
Do you have any lessons learned or success stories with the use of CTAs?
