Supply Transformation is the implementation of a new business model for GSA supply business, through which GSA is shifting to a business model that better leverages the capabilities of vendor partners to more directly support GSA customers. GSA will continue to accept customer orders, but instead of routing them to distribution centers for fulfillment, GSA will have commercial partners ship directly to customers, consolidation points, and retail stores for fulfillment.

Listen to Patrick Donovan of the Supply Transformation Team discuss: the background,  the overall concept and the main goals of Supply Transformation. In addition this video discusses some upcoming milestones and the impact of Supply Transformation to the JanSan Industry.
