As a Program Analyst, you will publish content for the Insite and GSA.gov websites and will conduct usability studies and analyze gsa.gov issues that affect Integrated Technology Service (ITS). This position is located in the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Integrated Technology Service, Office of Customer Engagement and Communications (QTDCB), 1800 F Street NW , Washington, DC.
