Job Summary:

As a Building Manager, you will serve as the primary customer agency advocate and first GSA point of contact with client agency personnel in designated GSA owned and/or leased buildings. These positions will be filled in the Wyoming Field Office, located in Cheyenne, WY. This is a developmental position. If selected at the GS-11 grade level, employee will receive close supervision on unusual assignments and completed work will be reviewed more closely while at the same time providing opportunity for the employee to gain the full range of knowledge and judgment required for full performance at the target grade level of GS-12. When the supervisor believes the employee is fully capable of performing satisfactorily the more difficult responsibilities of the position, and the employee is eligible and/or qualified for the higher grade, the employee may be promoted non-competitively to GS-12. This position is located in the Public Buildings Service, Service Centers Division. This office is responsible for providing one stop shopping for property management, asset management, lease administration, space assignment in federally-owned buildings, non-prospectus alteration projects, out-lease management, and more.
