Job Summary:

This position is located in the various Service Centers in the National Capital Region (NCR). Public Building Service (PBS), General Services Administration, which encompasses buildings within the Washington, Metropolitan Area. The Building Manager serves as chief advisor on all matters of building operations and facilities management due to the expertise of tact and personal relations skills that must be exercised when dealing with Secretaries, Assistant Secretaries, Department Heads and Program Managers, Presidential Committees or Commission Heads. Will be responsible for planning, management, coordination, and direction of the operation and maintenance of approximately 2,500,000 or more, adjusted square feet, of GSA-operated space in Federal Buildings.
