Job Summary:

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will be functioning as the Director, IAE Outreach and Stakeholder Management Division and ensuring system stakeholders are properly supported and assure compliance by tracking all relevant policy that will impact or potentially impact the systems. This position in located in the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Integrated Award Environment (IAE). This office is responsible for managing the service desk responsibilities for the IAE systems and conducts system specific training activities to ensure end users are prepared for specific system changes, including addressing user interface concerns, help desk user issues, and overall program outreach activities to improve the operational effectiveness of the organization.
