Good morning, Industry Partners:
This is a reminder about the Integrated Award Environment’s 10th industry outreach event on March 9, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM ET, featuring a discussion about IAE’s Agile transformation. The event will be administered virtually from GSA’s headquarters.
Agile is more than an approach to IT development--it is a way of working and thinking, a state of being, and a culture transformation. Two years into the Integrated Award Environment (IAE) Program Office’s transformation, our Agile adoption has impacted what we value, the way we think about work, and how we measure success in all aspects of operations--from acquisition to finance to human resources. While there is more work to be done, we have matured our practices and continue to refine them as we learn and grow as an organization.
This event will provide insights into our successes, the evolving array of circumstances that challenged us each step of the way, and the lessons we learned in transforming culture in the midst of a highly complex, dynamic, and visible IT modernization effort.
As the IAE Assistant Commissioner, I will be leading the entire discussion. There will be ample time for questions-and-answers. Please register here for this informative and interactive event.
The upcoming event is the 10th in a series of Industry Day events initiated by IAE to increase openness and transparency about the new Integrated Award Environment.
