Job Summary:

As a Construction Control Representative, incumbent will be responsible for overall technical, financial, and business management of designated design and construction projects. Projects may include repairs, alterations, renovation, modernization, and new construction. Projects include both Federally owned, as well as leased buildings. Incumbent will also have overall project management responsibility for assigned projects from the preliminary identification stage through initiation, planning, execution and project closeout stages; as well as, approving design, construction, and related work. This position is located in the Northeast and Caribbean Region (R2), Public Buildings Service (PBS), New York, NY. This office is responsible for coordinating the operations, maintenance, repairs, alterations, capital improvements, environment, energy efficiency and safety programs for Multi-use Federal Buildings including agency offices, courts, museums and special use spaces.
