Dear Schedule 48 and CHAMP Suppliers,

It’s time for March Gateway Madness! ERRC invites you to participate in a friendly competition to promote the Acquisition Gateway to Federal agencies. Complete one of the activities listed below from now through April 4th, and earn points for your company. We’ll have two brackets: Schedule 48 and CHAMP. The top two scorers from each bracket will have the exclusive opportunity to participate in a panel discussion at the upcoming Government Employee Relocation Forum on April 26th.

Need a reminder about the Acquisition Gateway? It’s a new online platform developed by GSA for agencies government-wide to streamline the procurement process. ERRC has its own Employee Relocation “hallway” where we share best practices, average prices paid, contract solutions, and procurement tools. The public-facing portal is now open to suppliers, so please visit hallways.cap.gsa.gov and click on “Employee Relocation” in the left menu to explore the resources now available to your Federal customers.

And how do you score in the competition?

  • Three-pointer: Perform a demo for an agency customer. You’ll also score a three-pointer if an agency uses your unique link to access the Acquisition Gateway. Score: 3 points.
  • Layup: Submit content for the Employee Relocation Hallway. We’re looking for unbranded checklists, sample BPAs and service-level agreements, tools for transferees, training resources, etc. (Please note that submission does not guarantee publication. ERRC cannot publish any material with a supplier’s name or logo). Score: 2 points.
  • Free Throw: Encourage your employees to explore the public side of the Acquisition Gateway. Score: 1 point.

There’s no limit to the number of points you can score, so keep shooting!

Participation is optional, but we want to encourage both you and your agency customers to get involved in the evolution of the Acquisition Gateway. This tool is an incredible resource for the Federal relocation community, and we want to work together to make it a success.

To participate in March Gateway Madness, please register with Camille Tucker (camille.tucker@gsa.gov, 202-603-2666). She’ll set you up with tools to help you in the competition, and you can log your points with her as you score them.

Hope you’ll accept this challenge to help the Federal relocation and acquisition communities use the tools effectively.

Game on!
