Job Summary:
The position is located in the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS or Q), Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS or QS), Office of Retail Operations (QSR), Operations Division (QSRA), OCONUS Branch Manager (QSRAB). The Office of Retail Operations manages retail stores, resolves problems in retail store operations, maintains customer accounts, enhances vendor relationships, provides guidance to call centers as necessary, and fulfills other business support requirements. Duty Station: Hickham AFB, HI The incumbent serves as the Branch Chief for the OCONUS Branch (QSRAB) and reports to Manager, Operations Division who provides overall administrative and policy direction. The incumbent uses resources, capabilities and technology to design supply chain solutions. The work is evaluated in terms of results achieved, fulfillment of objectives, administrative effectiveness, and conformance with laws and policies.
