FDIC Makes Public June Enforcement Actions;

No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for August 2015

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in June. No administrative hearings are scheduled for August 2015.

The FDIC issued a total of 42 orders and one notice of charges. The administrative enforcement orders consisted of one consent order, one prompt corrective action; 10 removal and prohibition orders, one Section 19 orders, nine civil money penalties, 20 orders terminating consent orders and cease and desist orders, and one notice of charges.
