FDIC Makes Public March Enforcement Actions;

No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for May 2015

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in March. No administrative hearings are scheduled for May 2015.

The FDIC issued a total of 27 orders and two notices. The orders included: three consent orders; one temporary cease and desist order; six removal and prohibition orders; 11 section 19 orders; one civil money penalty; four orders terminating consent orders and cease and desist orders; one order terminating supervisory prompt corrective action directive; and two notices of hearing.
