Job Summary:
The Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) provides national leadership and policy guidance to carry out the responsibilities of the Secretary of Labor under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended, concerning foreign workers seeking admission to work either permanently or temporarily in the United States. The OFLC processes employer-filed labor certification applications through two National Processing Centers and a National Prevailing Wage Center. This position is located in the Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC), Division of Temporary Labor Certification. Granted labor certifications for permanent and temporary employment may permit U.S. employers to hire foreign workers, in order to fill jobs essential to the U.S. economy when there are not sufficient domestic workers who are able, willing, qualified, and available to perform the job. This position is outside bargaining unit. There is no promotion potential. PCS expenses will not be paid. **A recruitment incentive may be offered in accordance with the Department of Labors Personnel Regulations (DPR) Chapter 575.**

Job Summary:
This position is located in the Division of Federal Employees and Energy Workers Compensation, (FEEWC), which is one of the national Office divisions in the Office if the Solicitor.
